Objective: Conducting a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire-2 (SF-MPQ-2) and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for assessing the severity of pain syndrome in dental patients in the postoperative period in dynamics.
Material And Methods: The study included 51 patients who received dental surgical treatment. Two groups of patients were formed, depending on the type of surgery and the degree of trauma of the operation.
At least 50% of factors predisposing to alcohol dependence (AD) are genetic and women affected with this disorder present with more psychiatric comorbidities, probably indicating different genetic factors involved. We aimed to run a genome-wide association study (GWAS) followed by a bioinformatic functional annotation of associated genomic regions in patients with AD and eight related clinical measures. A genome-wide significant association of rs220677 with AD (-value = 1.

Objective: Analysis of clinical features of development and course of depression in patients with FH of mood disorders taking into account sex differences.
Material And Methods: This multicenter cross-sectional study included patients over 18 years of age with depressive episode/recurrent depressive disorder. Clinical characteristics of depression, presence of comorbid mental illness and family history (FH) information were obtained in a structured clinical interview.

Objective: The prevalence of Internet addiction (IA) is growing steadily, especially among the younger generation. The purpose of this multicenter study was to investigate the socio-demographic characteristics, clinical varieties, and profile of psychopathological symptoms of mental disorders in patients with IA.
Material And Methods: The study included 2 groups: the main group consisted of 44 people, aged 16 to 34 years, average age 22.
We provide an overview of the recent achievements in psychiatric genetics research in the Russian Federation and present genotype-phenotype, population, epigenetic, cytogenetic, functional, ENIGMA, and pharmacogenetic studies, with an emphasis on genome-wide association studies. The genetic backgrounds of mental illnesses in the polyethnic and multicultural population of the Russian Federation are still understudied. Furthermore, genetic, genomic, and pharmacogenetic data from the Russian Federation are not adequately represented in the international scientific literature, are currently not available for meta-analyses and have never been compared with data from other populations.

Two intact teeth were examined for control. The findings evidence ar elevated protein level in fluorosis-involved dental enamel and impaired enamel microstructure; this may be explained by specific features of fluorosis clinical manifestation and by increased enamel permeability in grave fluorosis.

A highly sensitive M136 gage with 0.5 microA complete deviation current is employed in the scheme, this permitting measurements of high electric resistance of dental hard tissues within a range of 1-200 M omega, painless for patients.

The treatment led to a substantial decrease in both enamel 45Ca accumulation and the depth of its penetration under severe fluorosis. Combined use of the drugs was more beneficial in terms of enamel 45Ca permeability.

The increase in HCl concentration was directly related to enamel 45Ca incorporation and the depth of its penetration in fluorosis-afflicted teeth. Under effect of 12% HCl solution 45Ca penetrated across the whole enamel reaching the dentin.

In 3rd grade fluorosis, detected were a statistically reliable decrease in Ca content in enamelum superficial zone and a tendency of its depleting in deep zones. Ca/P ratio was also lowered that indicated mineralization impairment in solid tissues of the teeth.
