Federated learning (FL) stimulates distributed on-device computation systems to process an optimum technique efficiency by communicating local process upgrades and global method distribution from aggregation averaging procedure. On-device FL is a standard application in wireless environments, with several mobile devices participating as nodes in the FL network. Managing extensive multi-dimensional process upgrades and resource-constrained computations in large-scale heterogeneous IoT cellular networks can be challenging.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFTensor analyzing-power components [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], and [Formula: see text] for the reaction [Formula: see text] have been studied for the first time in the photon energy range from 280 to 500 MeV. The data are extracted from the experimental statistics accumulated at the VEPP-3 storage ring in 2002-2003. The measured asymmetries are compared with the results of statistical simulations performed with the [Formula: see text] amplitude from a spectator model, taking into account corrections for the final-state interaction.

This study aims to explore the mediating role of self-care behaviors in the relationship between resilience and quality of life in breast cancer patients. A sample of 195 women with breast cancer (aged from 21 to 60 years; M = 45.

The study also seeks to monitor the quality of life of the treated dentine hypersensitivity sufferers.
Materials And Methods: This study is a randomized clinical trial with a total of 120 patients with dentine hypersensitivity.
Exposure to air pollution has been associated with many adverse health effects. However, the evidence on the effects on osteoarthritis (OA) is scarce and the potential mechanism is unclear yet. Therefore, this study assessed the effect of exposure to air pollution (gaseous and particulate matter) and OA based on an animal model.

Aims: The aim of this article is to estimate the long-term influence of professional dental bleaching on quality of oral hygiene (year after procedure).
Materials And Methods: A randomized controlled prospective clinical repeated study was carried out 6 months after the previous one, i.e.
Objective: Introduction: Due to the increasing morbidity and mortality rates from breast cancer, the problem of early, especially morphological diagnosis, continues to be important. The aim of this study to investigate the karyometric and histochemical features of cribriform pattern of parenchyma of intraductal carcinoma of the mammary gland.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Operational and biopsy material was studied in form of serial sections of micropreparations of cribriform type intraductal carcinoma of the mammary gland.
The ratio of the elastic e(+)p to e(-)p scattering cross sections has been measured precisely, allowing the determination of the two-photon exchange contribution to these processes. This neglected contribution is believed to be the cause of the discrepancy between the Rosenbluth and polarization transfer methods of measuring the proton electromagnetic form factors. The experiment was performed at the VEPP-3 storage ring at beam energies of 1.

Longitudinally polarized electrons were scattered off a polarized target in which the nuclear polarization was oriented perpendicular to the momentum transfer. The scattered electrons were detected in a magnetic spectrometer in coincidence with neutrons that were registered in a large-solid-angle detector.

Wide-aperture nonmagnetic detectors allowed broad kinematic coverage in a single set up: E(gamma)=25 to 600 MeV, and theta(p)(cm)=24 degrees to 48 degrees and 70 degrees to 102 degrees . The new data provide a significant improvement over the few existing measurements.

The scaling power for the s dependence of the cross section at fixed center-of-mass angle was found to be 8.0+/-0.

Krushinsky-Molodkina rats (KM strain) with genetically determined seizure susceptibility (clonic and tonic seizures in response to the sound of an electric bell, Krushinsky, 1960) were tested in two versions of Morris water maze and compared with normal albino rats (Sprague-Dawley and Wistar). The tests revealed a learning deficit in KM rats. They showed slow acquisition in both the spatial version of the test and the version with the platform, less efficient strategy of searching for target platform, and high scores of floating and thigmotaxis.

Polarized electrons were injected into an electron storage ring operated at a beam energy of 720 MeV. Polarized hydrogen was produced by an atomic beam source and injected into an open-ended cylindrical cell, located in the electron storage ring.

The data give detailed information about the deuteron spin structure and are in good agreement with the results of microscopic calculations based on realistic nucleon-nucleon potentials and including various spin-dependent reaction mechanism effects.
