Introduction: This study aimed to investigate whether there is a dosimetric difference of implementing single instead of multi-computed tomography (CT) simulation treatment planning for high-dose-rate postoperative gynecological intracavitary brachytherapy (BT).
Materials And Methods: Eighty patients were registered in the study. They received three BT fractions of 7 Gy/week (three CTs, three original plans).
Pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is a proliferative, recurrent and locally invasive disease of the synovium. The symptoms of the disorder are not typical and thus it is very often misdiagnosed. Most of the times, magnetic resonance imaging presents the nodular model of development and sets the basis for the diagnosis.

Objective: The aim of this review is to better clarify the preventive/therapeutic role of honey in the management of OM in patients with H-N cancer undergoing RT with or without chemotherapy (CT).
Methods: We used the PubMed database to retrieve journal articles and the inclusion criteria were only reviews and meta-analyses that illustrated the effective use of honey for either the prevention or treatment of OM in H-N cancer patients receiving either RT alone or in combination with CT.
Purpose: We compared the safety and efficacy of two hypofractionated irradiation schedules for elderly and low performance status patients with inoperable symptomatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods: Patients that entered the study were either unfit or without response concerning chemotherapy. We randomized 14 patients (group A) vs 15 patients (group B) who underwent two different hypofractionated radiotherapy schedules.
Purpose: Several adjuvant approaches are regarded as available options in the management of localized, resectable gastric cancer .The objective of our study was to evaluate multiple field and anteroposterior conformal technique.
Methods: Ninety-seven patients received three dimensional conformal (3DCRT) postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy for gastric carcinoma.

Purpose: To evaluate in an observational way the clinical impact of a hypofractionated irradiation schedule in patients with unresectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods: Forty elderly patients (24 men/16 women) diagnosed with unresectable stage IIIb/IV NSCLC unfit for chemotherapy, were treated with once-a-week hypofractionation schedule. All patients had a poor performance status.
Breast cancer is often treated with radiotherapy (RT), with two opposing tangential fields. When indicated, supraclavicular lymph nodes have to be irradiated, and a third anterior field is applied. The junction region has the potential to be over or underdosed.
