Combination of both these factors was also possible, which caused especially distinct impairments in the prostacyclin control of the thrombocyte functions.

In 100 patients with generalized breast cancer repeated examination of the CEA level was done during drug treatment. The authors showed a possibility to use in practice the results of radioimmunoassay of CEA in patients with breast cancer in early stages as a prognostic test as well as an additional criterion in the evaluation of drug therapeutic efficacy in patients with generalized breast cancer.
