Introduction And Aim: Root canal therapy is a vital procedure for saving teeth by removing infection and cleaning the complex root canal system. However, a delicate balance exists between thorough cleaning and preserving tooth strength. The study aims to evaluate the instrumentation effect of three innovative file systems, XP-endo® shaper, Reciproc®, and Self-adjusting file (SAF) on fracture resistance of mandibular premolars.

Early diagnosis is the corner stone of tuberculosis treatment. State-level and cluster-wise variations in drug resistance is a possibility and should be regularly checked in from time to time.

Hence, it is important to study their distribution in a riverine environment. This study was aimed to determine the Spatio-temporal trends of 16 PEs in surface water, sediment and fish from rivers in southern India, and to assess their environmental health risks.

Methods: This retrospective cohort record-based study was conducted in DR-TB patients. Some 1095 DR-TB patients who have initiated treatment at Nodal DR-TB Centre, Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), Darbhanga, and continued their anti-TB drugs at home blocks were followed till their treatment outcome was known.
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are a group of emerging contaminants still less reported in rivers, particularly southern India. Therefore, we investigated the fate of 13 PFCs in three major rivers in southern India during post-monsoon and summer seasons. Twelve PFCs were detected, with an average total PFCs of 1853 ± 1463 pg/l.

Some SMs like Galaxolide, Tonalide and Musk Ketone (MK) are lipophilic and found ubiquitously in the environment, posing health and ecological risks, especially affecting aquatic organisms. Hence, monitoring the synthetic musks contamination in these rivers become environmentally inevitable.

Background: Classification of biological samples of gene expression data is a basic building block in solving several problems in the field of bioinformatics like cancer and other disease diagnosis and making a proper treatment plan. One big challenge in sample classification is handling large dimensional and redundant gene expression data. To reduce the complexity of handling this high dimensional data, gene/feature selection plays a major role.

It is possible that the social cognitive abilities of pet dogs are induced by indirect conditioning through living with humans, and studying free-ranging dogs can provide deeper insights into differentiating between innate abilities and conditioning in dogs. Free-ranging dogs are mostly scavengers, indirectly depending on humans for their sustenance.
