  • - The study investigates the occurrence of multiple nerve compression syndromes in one arm, focusing on surgical treatments and identifying risk factors among patients treated between 2011 and 2021.
  • - Results showed that 2.9% of patients had multiple decompressions within a year, with risk factors being severe symptoms, younger age, and smoking, while treatment outcomes for combined carpal and cubital tunnel surgeries were similar to single procedures.
  • - Patients who underwent simultaneous surgeries returned to work in about 6 weeks, slightly longer than those with individual surgeries who returned in 4 weeks, suggesting that simultaneous treatment is beneficial for those with both conditions.
