Recently, peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) has been widely used and replaced bone marrow (BM) as the stem cell source in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) because of a more rapid engraftment, easier accessibility, and lower risk of donor complications.
