We describe an unusual case of a 26-year-old man admitted with respiratory distress and found to have testicular cancer metastatic to the lung and heart. Twelve days after admission, the patient experienced multiple hemorrhagic strokes. Echocardiography demonstrated testicular cancer metastatic to the septal surface of the left ventricle of the heart with presumed embolization to the cerebrovascular region.
