Recurrence in the lung after initial primary tumour resection is associated with the most long-term survivors of patients with metastatic PC. Stereotactic ablative body radiation therapy (SABR) or metastectomy for pulmonary oligometastases from PC is becoming more common.

A 45-year-old woman presented with an 8-month history of a firm mass over the right superonasal orbital rim, followed by an episode of hemorrhage and anesthesia 5 months later. Clinical history and CT were suggestive of a venous malformation with phleboliths. Excision biopsy was performed.
