Methods: We conducted a cohort study evaluating patients treated with BEB or NR from February to August 2022 (study period). Follow-up began the day after treatment and continued for 30 days.
Single-cell methods to assess DNA methylation have not achieved the same level of cell throughput per experiment compared to other modalities, with large-scale datasets requiring extensive automation, time, and other resources. Here, we describe sciMETv3, a combinatorial indexing-based technique that enables atlas-scale libraries to be produced in a single experiment. To reduce the sequencing burden, we demonstrate the compatibility of sciMETv3 with capture techniques to enrich regulatory regions, as well as the ability to leverage enzymatic conversion, which can yield higher library diversity.

Unfortunately, the current implementation of this sequence suffers from several problems: (1) low resolution to maintain high pixel bandwidth and minimize chemical shift; (2) image blurring due to respiratory motion; (3) water/fat swapping due to the natural ambiguity between fat and water peaks; and (4) off-resonance fat blurring due to the multipeak nature of the fat spectrum. Existing modelling tools, developed to aid the design of efficient molecular wires and to better understand their charge-transport behaviour and mechanism, have limitations in accuracy and computational cost. Further research is required to develop faster and more precise methods that can yield information on how charge transport properties are impacted by changes in the chemical structure of a molecular wire.
