Objective: (1) Review the reasons, timing, and costs for children presenting to the emergency department (ED) after adenotonsillectomy (T&A).
Study Design: Case series with chart review.
Setting: Tertiary care children's hospital.
Objectives: No consensus exists on appropriate timing for the first tracheostomy tube change. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of early tracheostomy change in the pediatric population.
Methods: A case series of all children undergoing tracheostomy at a tertiary children's hospital between 2008-2013 was retrospectively reviewed.

Objectives: Demonstrate how the Surgeons OverSeas Assessment of Surgical Need (SOSAS) can be used to determine the burden of head and neck (H&N) surgical disease in developing countries and identify reasons for untreated disease.
Study Design: Cluster randomized, cross-sectional, countrywide survey.
Setting: Sierra Leone.
Two major aggregation pathways observed in an IgG2 molecule are described. Different aggregate species generated by long-term incubation of the antibody at 37 degrees C were collected by a semi-preparative size exclusion chromatography method. These purified species were analyzed extensively by denaturing size-exclusion chromatography methods.
