This study aimed to ascertain how the current two ART regimens used in Ghana affected HIV patients' coagulation profiles. A case-control study was conducted on 102 HIV positive patients at the Mampong Municipal Hospital. Coagulation parameters measured showed APTT was normal in majority of ART-experienced participants but prolonged in majority of ART-naïve participants.
