Background: Wilms' tumor is the most common renal tumor in children.
Objective: To correlate the percentage of necrosis and tumor volume change found in preoperative Contrast Enhance Computed Tomography (CECT) scan of the abdomen with post-operative histopathological findings of Wilms Tumor (WT).
Methods: In this prospective study from January 2020 to December 2022, out of 33 patients, 15 patients with unilateral localized WT (stage I, II, and III) treated according to SIOP UMBRELLA protocol 2016 were included.
