Article Synopsis
  • Psoriasis is a skin disorder that greatly affects patients’ quality of life, and secukinumab is an approved treatment that shows long-term efficacy and safety for those with moderate-to-severe types of the condition.

  • Results showed impressive effectiveness: at 12 months, 93.9% of patients reached a significant improvement (PASI 75), and many maintained this over 48 months, although treatment adherence notably decreased from 84.9% to 34.2% over the same period

To contribute to the literature on this intriguing topic, we present three cases of de novo psoriasis in adult patients following COVID-19 vaccination.

However, vaccines have rarely been reported to exacerbate GEP.
