Objective: To examine the influence of sleep quality on psychophysiological testing results and autonomic state in university students of both sexes with different habitual physical activity level.
Material And Methods: One hundred and twenty-four 6 year medical students (88 women and 36 men) and 80 sport science students (42 women and 38 men) underwent a comprehensive psychophysiological study, including 7 tests: simple motor reaction, choice reaction, reaction under conditions of interference, reaction to a moving object, critical fusion frequency, as well as static and dynamic (by profile) dexterity tests. Autonomic status was assessed using heart rate variability, sleep quality and alertness were assessed based on self-report, and in athletes, using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI).
Objective: The aim of the article is to reveal the potential of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as a factor in strengthening the students' mental health (MH) during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The experimental work was carried out in four stages: 1) preparation - substantiation of its scientific and theoretical principles; 2) ascertaining - development of prognostic tools, conducting an on-line survey of students, an analysis of its results; 3) formative - training with the experimental group participants following the author's methodology; 4) control - survey of experimental group members, determination of experimental results. About 230 students of Ukraine took part in the survey.
Unlabelled: Relevance and purpose: The current state of society is characterized by increasing awareness of citizens about their rights and state obligations in all spheres of human activity including healthcare. It is crucial to note the importance of conflict provoking factors, conflict development, and the propositions for its prevention which is impossible without the study of attitude towards various aspects of providing medical assistance to children. The purpose of the study is the identification of the relationship of pediatricians to the importance of juridical and psychological aspects of care.

Inhibitory coagulopathy is a rare variant of hemorrhagic syndrome. Acquired hemophilia A is caused by the formation of inhibitors (antibodies) to Factor VIII of the blood coagulation system leading to impaired activation of the key stage of blood clotting (factor X) and development of hemorrhagic syndrome of different severity. Acquired hemophilia A is a rare disease with an incidence of 1.

An analysis of pollination system in Aristolochia manshuriensis has shown that flower structure in this species is strictly adapted to cross-pollination, but the possibility of an autogamous or geitonogamous type of self-pollination with the involvement of insects is not excluded. The flowers of A. manshuriensis are most frequently visited by flies of the family Anthomyiidae, which markedly contribute to their pollination.

In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C-H.

Material And Methods: We examined 44 APSN patients with primary APS and 90 patients with LN: 57 with secondary APS, 33 with antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) without history of thrombosis. In addition to clinical and immunological examination, detection of serological APS markers, morphological examination of renal tissue and ultrasound dopplerography (USDG) of the renal vessels were made (in some patients) for assessment of the condition of intrarenal vascular bed.
The syntheses, X-ray structural investigations and calculations of the conformational preferences of the carbonyl substituent with respect to the pyran ring have been carried out for the two title compounds, viz. C15H14N2O2, (II), and C20H16N2O2.C2H3N, (III), respectively.

Material And Methods: Immunological markers of SLE and APS, clinical picture, urine indices were examined in 138 patients with SLE, APS and renal dysfunction.
Results: LN associated with APS is characterized with marked arterial hypertension, such patients had arterial thromboses more frequently than patients with isolated LN.
Modern approaches to prevention of venous thromboembolic complications in patients with chronic heart failure are analyzed in this review which contains results of large studies of low molecular weight heparins. In MEDENOX trial the use of enoxaparin in medical patients was associated with 63% reduction of risk of thrombosis. The authors own experience showed that 2 weeks of therapy with enoxaparin in patients with chronic stage IIB-III heart failure caused significant lowering of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes, fibrinogen, and index of turbo-dynamic potential.

In (IIIa), the heterocyclic ring adopts a sofa conformation, while in (IIIb), the ring has a flattened boat conformation. In both molecules, the fused cyclohexenone ring adopts a sofa conformation.

The paper deals with the state of neurotransmitter pool in cerebrospinal fluid of epileptic patients. There were significant peculiarities of the dynamics of both excitatory (glutamate, aspartate) and inhibitory (GABA, glycine, taurine) neurotransmitters in respect of the severity of the pathologic process, frequency and type of convulsive seizures. The correlation found between a degree of the disease severity and a level of glutamate in cerebrospinal fluid after the seizures and between them could be a criterion for the prognosis of epilepsy.

Abscesses, mastitis, and phlegmons were studied before and after the operation and on the 3rd, 6th, and 12th postoperative day. It was found that Staphylococcus aureus in a monoculture was the etiological cause of purulent infection in 75.

Nonspecific prevention of thrombogenesis was performed in all patients with normal weight and those with obesity. Patients with obesity were given in addition specific thrombogenesis prevention with nonfractionated heparin (group I) and fractionated low-molecular heparin-fragmin produced by KABI (groups II and III).

The clinical picture of the disease had a classical triad: external ophthalmoplegia, pigmentary retinopathy, and cardiac conduction disturbances. This triad was supplemented with other polymorphous symptoms characteristic of the syndrome, such as moderate myopathic syndrome, hemeralopia, physical infantilism, hypogonadism, pyramidal syndrome.
