Sanjad-Sakati syndrome (SSS) (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man 241410) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder also known as hypoparathyroidism-retardation-dysmorphism syndrome. It is characterized by congenital hypoparathyroidism, growth retardation, typical facial features, and variable developmental delay.
