Ossifying fibroma (OF) is a slow-growing, expansive, and benign fibro-osseous neoplasm that is rare in cattle. It mainly affects the craniofacial bones, especially the mandible. Here, we report 2 cases of mandibular OF in Nelore and mixed-breed steers with enlarged masses in the rostral portion of the mandible.

A young male free-ranging giant anteater (Myrmecophaga tridactyla) was found with paralysis of pelvic limbs on a highway and kept under human care. Radiographs confirmed multiple incomplete fractures in the thoracolumbar vertebrae. Due to the poor prognosis, euthanasia was chosen.

Bleeding can extend into the intracranial subarachnoid space, but there are only a few reports of symptomatic intracranial and spinal subarachnoid haemorrhage after spinal anaesthesia.

BEHACOM - a dataset modelling users' behaviour in computers.

This paper details the methodology and approach conducted to monitor the behaviour of twelve users interacting with their computers for fifty-five consecutive days without preestablished indications or restrictions. The generated dataset, called BEHACOM, contains for each user a set of features that models, in one-minute time windows, the usage of computer resources such as CPU or memory, as well as the activities registered by applications, mouse and keyboard. It has to be stated that the collected data have been treated in a privacy-preserving way during each phase of the collection and analysis.

Objective: The aim was to determine the intraocular pressure (IOP), the ultrasonographic and echobiometric findings in the eyes of juvenile Yacare caiman (Caiman yacare).

Purpose: This study aimed to verify the usefulness of chest radiography in the diagnosis of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) in adult patients with cystic fibrosis.

Materials And Methods: Eleven patients (with a total of 14 episodes) affected by ABPA were selected from among subjects attending a Regional Cystic Fibrosis Centre. For each episode, we retrospectively reviewed the baseline chest radiographs obtained before the diagnosis of ABPA, those obtained during the course of ABPA and those obtained during follow-up.

[Usefulness of chest X-ray during cystic fibrosis exacerbation in adult patients].

Purpose: Verify the real usefulness of chest X-ray during clinical exacerbation of cystic fibrosis (FC).

Material And Methods: The study was based on a group of 46 adult patients affected by FC. For every subject we selected one or more pair of chest films, of which the first was used as reference image (To), whereas the second (T1) was selected among the following controls, either in course of clinical obvious exacerbation, or during another routine control.
