Adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) is often diagnosed by exclusion, with the Yamaguchi criteria being essential for diagnosis. Disease severity is likely due to immune system changes, comorbidities, delayed diagnosis, and a higher risk of complications, necessitating more aggressive and carefully monitored treatments.

The study aimed to explore the experience of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) infection and vaccine adverse events (AEs) among rheumatologists. A validated questionnaire was distributed as a Google form to rheumatologists across the country via social networking sites from late December 2021 till early January 2022. The questionnaire included questions regarding participants' socio-demographic details, COVID-19 infection and vaccination details with special emphasis on AEs.

Background: Psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, could herald other manifestation( s) of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) potentially hindering timely and optimal management. Moreover, schizophrenia is among the described 'extra-criteria' manifestations of anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS).
