The aim of this research study is to evaluate the effect of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells conditioned medium (hBMSCs-CM) on growth and maturation of mouse ovarian follicle, and embryonic development after vitrification. The hBMSCs were cultured, and the derived CM was collected, concentrated, and stored. 14-day-old mice ovaries were collected and randomly divided into vitrified and non-vitrified groups.

This study aims to assess the effects of various concentrations of human follicular fluid (hFF) on growth, development, and expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) gene in mouse ovarian follicles in vitro. Preantral follicles were isolated from 14-day NMRI mouse ovaries.
