Background: Despite increasing incidence, there is little data on abnormal eating behaviours or disorders in Indian youth, especially medical students. Additionally, little literature exists measuring the association of social media use with abnormal eating behaviours.

Delusional parasitosis (DP) is characterized by single hypochondriacal delusion in which patient feels he/she is infested with insects. The authors present a case series of three cases of DP with shared psychotic disorder (folie à deux) in which one individual developed a delusional belief in the context of a close relationship with another person or people who already had an established delusional idea. All patients of DP were assessed in the outpatient department of Psychiatry of a tertiary care hospital.

Charles Bonnet syndrome is a condition characterised by the presence of visual hallucinations in patients having visual impairment most commonly reported in the seventh decade. We describe a case of a 55-year-old lady who had developed retinopathy causing significant visual loss secondary to diabetes mellitus. She had started seeing images of men for the past 2 months which made her feel uncomfortable and seek psychiatric help.

We describe the clinical presentation of a 25-year-old female patient who presented in dermatology with recurrent episodes of painful ecchymotic bruising over the anterior aspect of both arms and face. On enquiry, these episodes were precipitated by emotional stress and were preceded with a history of fall from the stairs. The patient also had multiple stressors in her day-to-day life and symptoms of depression.
