Selexipag, a selective prostacyclin receptor agonist, is approved for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension in WHO Group 1 adult patients. Compared to parenteral prostacyclin formulations, selexipag offers a significant improvement in patient's and caregiver's quality of life because of its oral formulation, frequency of administration, and mechanism of action. Although experience in the pediatric population is limited to case reports in older adolescent patients and selexipag is not approved for use in the pediatric pulmonary hypertension population, many pediatric centers are expanding the use of this therapy to this population.

Teriparatide is a human parathyroid hormone analog approved for the treatment of osteoporosis in adult patients. Its use for hypocalcemia and hypoparathyroidism in the pediatric population is described through case reports and small case series; however, larger studies that demonstrate long-term efficacy and safety are limited. At our institution, a 4-month-old premature (gestational age: 32 weeks) infant with multiple congenital anomalies, functional athymia, and severe hypoparathyroidism and receiving calcitriol, vitamin D, and calcium carbonate supplementation was initiated on subcutaneous injection of teriparatide.

Due to resource constrains, data collection was carrid out using paper-based questionnaires (unlike the GATS-India, 2009-2010, which used hand-held computer devices) while data entry was done using open access tools. The objective of this paper is to describe the process of data entry and assess its quality assurance and efficiency.
