[Detection of bensultap (bancol) derivatives and metabolites by chromatographic methods].

This paper is designed to describe methods for the detection of derivatives and metabolites of the insecticidic agent bancol (nereistoxin precursor) by chromatographic methods including thin layer chromatography (TLC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography with a nitrogen-phosphorous detector (GC-NPD), and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GH-MS). The data obtained confirm the high diagnostic value of assays for derivatives and metabolites compared with the determination of the respective parent insecticides. New variants of extraction of these compounds from urine and various tissues by liquid-liquid and solid-phase chromatography are proposed.
