The aim of this research was to study the application and effectiveness of Enzyme Linked Immuno Receptor Assay (ELIRA) method for understanding the bioactivity of human Growth Hormone (hGH) in micro-titer plates. For this purpose, rabbit hepatocyte microsomes which contained hGH receptors were used for coating of ELISA micro-titer plates. Then hGH was interacted with coated receptors.

The purpose of this research was to understand the effect of hyperthermia on the telomerase activity in human leukemic cell lines (HL-60, K562, and TF-1). The cells were treated by hyperthermia at the range of 41-44 degrees C for 120 min and incubated for 96 h. Then telomerase activity, cell proliferation, and apoptosis were assessed.
