[Treatment and prophylaxis of infectious complications in hepatobiliary surgery].

The results of application of the antibacterial chinolone preparation maxicine in hepatobiliary surgery and gynecology in 28 patients were analyzed. In 6 patients the preparation was applied after reconstructive operations on biliary tructs (high hepaticojejunostomy for cicatricial stricture of biliary ducts), in 22--after laparoscopic operations (cholecystectomy, choledocholithotomy, excision of suppurated ovarian cysts). The spectrum of causative agents was presented.

[Comparative efficacy of the laparotomic and laparoscopic operative procedures in patients with an acute biliary pancreatitis].

Comparative estimation of the laparotomic and laparoscopic operative interventions efficacy was done in 75 patients with an acute biliary pancreatitis. In control group included 39 patients, operated using laparotomic access, in main group--36 patients, in which was done diagnostic and medical laparoscopic interventions. Application of laparoscopy have allowed to establish diagnosis, form of disease, presence of peritonitis and determinate medical tactics.
