Introduction This study presents an innovative model of integrated dermatology service delivery. Kauri HealthCare (KHC) is a general practice serving around 19 000 patients in Palmerston North, New Zealand. A 'mini clinic' is provided by an on-site dermatologist that is available for patients of KHC.
