Introduction And Importance: Giant cell tumor is a benign primary bone tumor of mesenchymal origin that mainly affects the long bones. Involvement of the bones of the foot is rare with an incidence of 1 to 2 %. We report a case of giant cell tumor of the talus in a 36-year-old man.

Introduction: Soft-tissue coverage is a crucial step when treating open tibial fractures, which is often performed by orthopedic surgeons in a low resource setting. The objective of this study was to analyze the use of non-microsurgical flaps to treat such injuries in a West African trauma center.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the managment of obstructive colorectal cancer and to evaluate the different surgical methods.

Patients Et Methods: This retrospective, descriptive and analytical study was carry out from january 2008 to december 2014 in the visceral surgery department of Hospital Principal of Dakar and included 37 patients treated for obstructive colorectal cancer.
