An approach based on the linear response time-dependent density functional theory combined with the Ehrenfest dynamics leads to a system of linear algebraic equations, which account for the competing and counteracting effects of the current-induced force (electron wind) and the electronic friction. We find and emphasize the coupling between the center of mass motion and that of the nuclei relative to each other, the feature due to the mediation of the two-body interaction by the environment.

It is shown that the formation of NO and NO noticeably depends on the type of inert gas; the more complex electronic configuration and the lower ionization potential of the inert gas led to increased production of NO and NO. Here, we demonstrate that in human cancers, the APOBEC mutagenesis is not enriched in direct repeats, mirror repeats, short tandem repeats, and G-quadruplexes, and even decreased below its level in B-DNA for cancer samples with very high APOBEC activity. In contrast, we observe that the APOBEC-induced mutational density is positively associated with APOBEC activity in inverted repeats (cruciform structures), where the impact of cytosine at the 3'-end of the hairpin loop is substantial.

Background: We aimed to evaluate early outcomes of septal myectomy in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data collected over a 9-year period from 583 patients who underwent septal myectomy for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy at our institution.
Results: The mean age was 55.
Unlabelled: There are no literature data on brainstem arachnoid cysts in humans.
Objective: To describe the clinical case of brainstem (pontomesencephalic) arachnoid cyst and to analyze classification, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis and treatment of this pathology considering literature data and own experience.
Material And Methods: A 29-year-old patient with pontomesencephalic arachnoid cyst is reported.
Molybdenum blue dispersions were synthesized by reducing an acidic molybdate solution with glucose, hydroquinone and ascorbic acid. The influence of the H/Mo molar ratio on the rate of formation of molybdenum particles was established. For each reducing agent, were determined the rate constant and the order of the particle formation and were established the conditions for the formation of aggregative stable dispersion with the maximum concentration of particles.
