Aim: To report a rare case of cheilitis granulomatosa (CG) with pica disorder presented as chronic persistent lip swelling with an unusual eating disorder.
Background: Cheilitis granulomatosa or Miescher's cheilitis is a rare, persistent, or recurring nontender chronic painless swelling of one or both the lips due to granulomatous inflammation, which was first described by Miescher in 1945. It can present as a monosymptomatic form or as a part of other entities of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (MRS).
Gorlin-Goltz syndrome (GGS) is an autosomal dominant disorder with a high degree of penetrance and variable expressivity. It is a rare phakomatosis characterized by multiple odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs), bifid ribs, and other abnormalities. The incidence of the GGS is estimated at 1 in 57,000-1 in 256,000 in the general population.

Materials And Methods: This study was approved by the institutional review board, and informed consent was obtained from all patients. The study was compliant with requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Purpose: To compare colonic distention, adequacy of colonic preparation, and colorectal polyp detection as assessed with supine and prone scanning separately and in combination at computed tomographic (CT) colonography.
Materials And Methods: CT colonography and colonoscopy were performed in 182 patients. Distention and preparation of eight colonic segments were rated separately on a scale of 1-4 (1, segment completely distended or no residual material; 4, segment collapsed or large amounts of residual material).
