Background Meniscal tears are a common injury in the adult population. With the advent of newer devices, the adoption of the all-inside repair technique has been expanding substantially because of its feasibility and reduced risk to surrounding neurovascular structures. This study was conducted in a lower middle-income country to assess the functional outcome of the arthroscopic all-inside technique and to identify the potential factors that may affect the functional outcome that will eventually influence the future management of these patients.

Data was retrieved from trauma registry from July 2015 till December 2018, including all patients who underwent percutaneous fixation for pelvic ring injury.

Comparison of intraarticular distal humerus fracture outcomes treated with or without olecranon osteotomy - A case series.

A case series was extracted from the trauma registry at Aga Khan University Hospital from the period June 2015 to June 2019. Included were 16 adult patients who presented with intra-articular distal humerus fracture type C2. The functional, clinical and radiological outcomes of fractures treated with or without olecranon osteotomy up to 12 months follow-up were compared.

A comprehensive basic understanding of pelvis and acetabular fractures after high-energy trauma with associated injuries: Narrative review of targeted literature.

Effect of continuous passive motion on knee flexion range of motion after total knee arthroplasty.

Objective: To compare mean knee flexion in patients on continuous passive motion and those without it after total knee arthroplasty.

Methods: The randomised controlled study was conducted at Aga Khan University Hospital, from July 2013 to June 2014, and comprised patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty. Patients were randomly assigned to either group, with Group A receiving standardised physiotherapy from 1st postoperative day, and Group B receiving physiotherapy and one hour of continuous passive motion twice a day from 1st postoperative day until discharge.
