We here report a case of bladder urothelial carcinoma, a rare tumor in subjects less than 40 years, as well as our therapeutic experience. The study involved a 37-year old patient with a history of urinary tract infection and of staying at a riparian area (bilharzia) presenting with hypogastralgia and total macroscopic hematuria. Clinical and paraclinical assessment showed voluminous bladder mass suggesting infiltrative tumor without local or distant lymph node or organic involvement.
