Depression and anxiety are the most common mood disorder among end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, which can negatively affect quality-of-life and treatment outcomes. This study aimed to estimate the prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms among ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD) and test associations with several covariates.
