WE aim to separate the effects of obesity from IIH-specific factors on the risk of stroke and CVD, building on previous findings that indicate a two-fold increase in cardiovascular events in women with IIH compared to BMI-matched controls.

Using polymer-coated flat-faced tablets with anhydrous lactose or mannitol, we show that when the tablet matrix contains anhydrous material, the anhydrous form transforms to the solid-state hydrate form in the tablet core while the immediate release coating dissolves.

Here, by recording neural responses from tree shrews (Tupaia belangeri) performing a hierarchical decision task with rule reversals, we find that the mediodorsal thalamus independently represents cueing and rule uncertainty.
