In this research the goal was to produce novel pyrimidine triazole compounds in high yields using triethylamin as an efficient catalyst. These new compounds were synthesized by using multicomponent reaction of aldehydes, guanidine, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, tert-butyl isocyanide and hydrazonoyle chloride in aqueous media. Due to the presence of an NH group, which was assessed using two different methodologies, newly synthesized pyrimidine triazoles have antioxidant properties.

In this study, water extract of Spinacia oleracea leaves was used for the synthesis of FeO/TiO/MWCNTs magnetic nanocomposites and high performance of this catalyst was confirmed by employing it in the solvent-free multicomponent reactions of anilines, oxalyl chloride, diamines or hydroxyamines, electron-deficient acetylenic ester, α-haloketones and EtN at room temperature for the generation of new spiropyrroloindoles in high yields. This catalyst could be utilized several times and has a significant role in the yield of product. The synthesized spiropyrroloindoles have NH and OH group in their structure and for this reason have good antioxidant activity.
