Background: Arachnoid cysts are congenital or acquired cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) filled intra arachnoidal lesions, included 1% of all infantile intracranial masses and were discovered incidentally in MRI or CT-scan. The vast majority of these lesions are generally asymptomatic but some patients with arachnoid cyst have headache, dizziness, seizure (or epilepsy), vestibular symptoms and cognitive impairment.

A total of 312 one-day old of each Arbor Acres broiler and Ross-308 were randomly classified into 3 experimental groups with different stocking density, each of 6 replicates. The first group (SD) was 14 birds/m (28 kg/m), while the second group (SD) was 18 birds/m (36 kg/m) and the third group (SD) was 20 birds/m (40 kg/m).

In this study, gliclazide-loaded cubosomal particles were prepared for improving the oral bioavailability and antidiabetic activity of gliclazide. Four formulations of gliclazide-loaded cubosomal nanoparticles dispersions were prepared by the emulsification method using four different concentrations of glyceryl monooleate (GMO) and poloxamer 407 (P407) as the stabilizer. Etorphine-azaperone is the most commonly used drug combination for chemical immobilisation of free-ranging white rhinoceroses, but causes several profound physiological disturbances, including muscle tremors. The addition of benzodiazepine sedatives, such as midazolam, has been proposed to reduce the muscular rigidity and tremors in immobilised rhinoceroses. Twenty-three free-ranging, sub-adult white rhinoceros bulls were darted and captured using a combination of etorphine plus either azaperone or midazolam.
