Background: Understanding social representations (SR) of physical activity (PA) and active play (AP) in preschool children, allows us to address PA promotion in this age group.
Methods: We conducted a scoping review of 34 articles describing characteristics of SR: elements, information and attitudes and a meta-synthesis was elaborated with the main categories related to PA and AP.
Results: Parents and teachers are determinants for preschool children´s physical activity and active play, they perceive preschoolers as naturally "active".
Introduction: The scales to measure functional mobility in critically ill patients were developed and validated in English, there is a need for these tools in Spanish speaking countries.
Objective: To perform translation, cultural adaptation and inter-rater reliability of the Spanish versions of the Perme Intensive Care Unit Mobility Score and IMS tools in ICU patients.
Methods: Translation and validation study between November 2016 and July 2017, following the COSMIN Protocol's recommendations.

Objective: To establish the cardiovascular risk profile and fitness of professors and employees of a faculty of health within a public university.
Materials And Methods: Cross-sectional study with 40 professors and 13 employees who were tested using anthropometry, lipid profile, glycosylated hemoglobin, a 6 minute walking test; two questionnaires on physical activity and barriers to exercise were applied. The cardiovascular risk was calculated for all subjects using the Framingham scale.
Objective: To evaluate neonatal developmental care and family-centered care in a neonatal unit.
Methods: Participatory action research with a purposive sample of health personnel and parents of hospitalized newborn in a Neonatal Unit in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Five focal groups were conducted with seven mothers and 40 professionals of the unit team, and additionally, 24 non-participant observations were conducted about neonatal developmental care and family-centered care.

Objective To determine tuberculosis (TB) knowledge, attitudes, practices, education and Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) positivity among Colombian health professions students in their last year of study. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted using a self-reported questionnaire about TB knowledge, attitudes, practices and education with 193 students of medicine, nursing, dentistry, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, clinical laboratory studies and emergency care. A TST was performed on 153 of the students.
