Introduction: Cerebral palsy (CP) presents a complex neurodevelopmental disorder with a spectrum of motor impairments stemming from early brain injury. Whereas CP is traditionally viewed as a non-progressive condition, emerging evidence suggests a progressive decline in mobility and function, particularly in adulthood.
