Introduction: High risk myeloma is heterogeneous with significant variation in risk stratifications. Real world outcomes differ from controlled clinical trials and affected by socioeconomical determinants.
Material And Methods: This retrospective study was performed in a North Indian teriarty care cancer hospital.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our findings highlight changes in AML management strategies in India. There was a decrease in overall patient registrations, particularly at large referral centers, while smaller centers saw an increase, reflecting a shift towards more localized care. This shift was accompanied by a rise in the use of hypomethylating agents (HMAs).

Prophylaxis for GVHD using T-cell depleting agents is helpful in reducing the transplant-related mortality and graft rejection. Both tATG and fATG exhibit varied amounts of antibody specificities and perform distinct immunomodulatory effects, regardless of their capacity to deplete T-lymphocytes.

Methods: The patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia with chronic phase who had been treated with only imatinib for 12 months at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre (New Delhi, India) were enrolled and prospectively analysed. The chronic renal impairment parameters, including estimated glomerular filtration rate and haemoglobin levels for anaemia from June 2020 to June 2022, were monitored in newly diagnosed in patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia-chronic phase.
