The introduction of novel materials with multifunctional chromogenic properties, such as electrochromic/electrofluorochromic (EC/EFC) properties, has recently attracted prospective interest in the development of various optoelectronic devices and smart windows. In this study, a novel Zn(II)-based metallo-supramolecular polymer () has been developed as an ON/OFF switchable EFC application with prominent EC behavior. In this regard, the polymeric chain of was first synthesized by 1:1 complexation in a zigzag manner with Zn(II) ions at the metal center and 4,4'-[bis(2,2':6',2″-terpyridinyl)benzene]triphenylamine () as the redox-active ditopic ligand.

However, its function in the context of cell fate decisions is largely unknown. Using mouse ESCs (mESCs), we demonstrate that E-cadherin and β-catenin interact at the membrane and continue to do so upon internalization within the cell.

The present study delineates the development of multiferroic nanocomposites (MF NCs) with perovskite BiFeO and spinel NiFeO. A simple Pechini one-pot method is employed for the preparation of nanocomposites with different molar concentrations and the modified structural, magnetic, dielectric, and magnetoelectric performance of NCs is carried out at room temperature.

The use of Co(CO) as a solid CO(g) source enhanced reaction rates observed when compared to CO(g), and excellent yields highlight the versatility of the developed protocol. A wide range of electronically and sterically demanding heterocyclic amines and (hetero)aryl iodides/bromides employed for this study resulted in excellent yields of amino carbonylated products.

The XAFS spectra suggested electronic charge migration in the polymer, and the spectra revealed reversible changes caused by electrochemical redox reactions. The IR spectra of the polymers showed an IVCT band, and we also confirmed the reversible changes by applying a voltage to the redox cell.

Here, we show that the clathrin heavy chain (CLTC), involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME), is vital for maintaining mouse ESC (mESC) pluripotency. Knockdown of Cltc resulted in a loss of pluripotency accompanied by reduced E-cadherin (E-CAD) levels and increased levels of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling.

A europium(iii)-based metallo-supramolecular polymer with uncoordinated carboxylic acids (PolyEu-H) was successfully synthesized by modifying the synthesis conditions. The proton conductivity was enhanced with increasing the relative humidity (RH) from 30 to 95% RH.

The activity of radionuclides in the sediment was measured by gamma ray spectrometry. The radon emanation from the sediment was measured by the sealed 'can technique' and the radon in the water was measured using the RAD-7 instrument.
