Cerebral angiography is essential for diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases and crucial to separate the internal and external carotid arteries during angiography. The femoral artery approach is more invasive than the brachial artery approach. In some cases, guiding the catheter through the right brachial artery to the left internal and external carotid arteries is feasible.

- - Desmoid-type fibromatosis (DTF) is a rare and aggressive soft tissue tumor that doesn’t spread to other parts of the body, and a unique case was found in a 1-year-old girl with a large intracranial DTF that recurred twice after surgery in 16 months.
- - The treatment involved three surgeries to remove the extensive tumor and its infiltration into the dura and frontal skull base, along with drilling to ensure complete removal.

Objective: Endovascular therapy (EVT) is a well-documented treatment for acute occlusion of major cerebral arteries. We carried out in-hospital triage using the emergency large vessel occlusion (ELVO) screen, a pre-hospital scale for acute stroke, to diagnose EVT cases and considered its efficacy.
