[A case of chronic necrotizing pulmonary aspergillosis due to Aspergillus flavipes associated with pulmonary fibrosis].

The patient was a 76-year-old man with complaints of fever, productive cough, and purulent sputum. He was on home oxygen therapy for pulmonary fibrosis. Antibiotics were administered, but with no improvement.
