While not sufficient by itself, it may serve as a jumping off point for further reading and investigation into different aspects of personal finance. It includes discussion of spending and saving, emergency funds, insurance, student loans, and investments and tax-advantaged retirement accounts.

Esophageal pathologies encountered on fluoroscopic examination may pose a diagnostic challenge to the interpreting Radiologist. Understanding the varied imaging appearances of esophageal pathology requires a thorough understanding of barium esophagography. This article reviews the various fluoroscopic imaging findings of different esophageal pathologies by describing an approach to image interpretation centered on dots, lines, contours, and ends.

Multimodality imaging evaluation for iliac crest apophysis avulsion injury.

A young cross-country athlete with left thigh pain, and a recent negative MRI of the left hip was referred to nuclear medicine for bone scan imaging. A 3-phase Tc-99m methylene diphosphonate bone scan was performed and revealed left iliac crest apophysis avulsion. This case illustrates that 3-phase bone scan is a great adjunct in the evaluation of sports injuries especially in athletes presenting with vague nonlocalizing symptoms, and prior negative radiographic or MRI imaging.

Extranodal manifestation of Rosai-Dorfman disease in the breast tissue.

A 71-year-old asymptomatic female with a history of breast cancer status after right total mastectomy had interval development of several new nodules in the left breast in a 1-year time span. Stereotactic biopsy was performed, which revealed multifocal Rosai Dorfman disease in the left breast. The patient was referred to hematology, and computed tomography of the chest/abdomen/pelvis did not demonstrate any lymphadenopathy elsewhere in the body.
