Allergic conjunctivitis can seriously disrupt children's daily activities. This study assessed the efficacy (onset and duration of action) and safety of ketotifen fumarate 0.025% ophthalmic solution compared with vehicle placebo in pediatric subjects after single and multiple dosing.
