The Very Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (VLDLR) is an entry receptor for the prototypic alphavirus Semliki Forest Virus (SFV). This phase II trial (NCT05715632) aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of perioperative camrelizumab plus XELOX in patients with locally advanced G/GEJ adenocarcinoma. Treatment-naive patients with cT3-4aN1-3 M0 resectable locally advanced G/GEJ adenocarcinoma were recruited to receive camrelizumab (200 mg, intravenously) on Day 1 combined with XELOX (oxaliplatin at 130 mg/m on Day 1 and capecitabine at 1000 mg/m on Days 1-14) every 3 weeks for four cycles, followed by surgery and adjuvant camrelizumab combined with XELOX every 3 weeks for four cycles.

Herein, the target-driven functionalized DNA hydrogel capillary sensor based on cascade signal amplification and carbon coated cobalt manganese modified by prussian blue and platinum nanoparticles (MnCo@C-Pt-PB NPs) has been successfully developed for dual-mode detection of SARS-CoV-2. The cascade signal amplification triggered by target RNA causes the permeability of the DNA hydrogel loaded in the capillary to be destroyed, thereby releasing the embedded MnCo@C-Pt-PB NPs as signal molecules into 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine/hydrogen peroxide (TMB/HO) solution under the driving of capillarity.
