Narrowband ultraviolet B (NBUVB) phototherapy is an effective therapeutic option for generalized vitiligo. Previous reports showed the potential benefit of minocycline to stop disease progression in vitiligo. Meanwhile, minocycline has antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulating properties.
