Background: This study aimed to measure the preferences for mental health support among health professionals, their willingness to support the mental health of colleagues and associated factors.
Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study was performed from August to October 2022 within five hospitals located in Hanoi, Vietnam. A total of 244 health professionals participated in the study.

Central airway obstruction often presents with respiratory symptoms identical to those of common respiratory diseases. Diagnosis of central airway obstruction is challenging in clinical practice, especially misdiagnosed as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in case of "normal" chest X-ray. Here, we reported five central airway obstruction cases: the first and fourth cases misdiagnosed as asthma, the second masquerading as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation, the third diagnosed incorrectly with non-resolving pneumonia, and the fifth misdiagnosed as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare, paraneoplastic disorder of hypophosphatemia associated with elevated tumor-produced fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23). Maxillofacial tumors are rarely involved in TIO, especially maxillary TIO in children. We present a 14-year-old boy with osteomalacia and high serum levels of FGF23, a hormone associated with decreased phosphate resorption, due to a maxillary tumor.
