Introduction: Penile fracture is a traumatic rupture of tunica albuginea and the tumescent corpora cavernosa due to the nonphysiological bending of the penile shaft, presenting with or without rupture of corpus pongiosum and urethra. The incidence of concomitant injury of the urethra is 0-38%. Complete urethral rupture is rare, but it is almost always associated with bilateral corporeal injury.

Cross-cultural adaptation and validation of the Serbian version of the ICS SF male questionnaire.

Introduction: The objective of this study was to cross-culturally adapt and validate ICS male SF questionnaire to Serbian language.

Materials And Methods: This study included 91 male patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and 24 men with similar age and with confirmed absence of LUTS. ICS male SF questionnaire was translated from English to Serbian language and then back-translated to English.

Background: PCNL is safe procedure which is well tolerated, but as with any other surgical procedure, it is associated with a specific set of complications. Background: Overexpression of ghrelin and vasopressin (V3) receptors demonstrated on corticotrophe adenomas accounts for exaggerated ACTH and cortisol responses to ghrelin and desmopressin (DDAVP) in patients with Cushing's disease (CD).

Aim: In this study we have compared ACTH and cortisol responsiveness to DDAVP and ghrelin in CD patients with and without adrenal enlargement.
