Retinal surgery-induced trigeminal neuralgia.

Purpose: To report a case of trigeminal neuralgia after retinal surgery in a 72-year-old man.

Results: A 72-year-old man developed severe postoperative pain after undergoing vitrectomy and endolaser therapy.
