Isolated abdominal nocardiosis in a pediatric renal transplant recipient.

Nocardia infection after RT is uncommon. The most common modes of exposure are inhalation of dust containing nocardia or contaminated soil/water and surgical instruments. Isolated abdominal nocardiosis following RT has not been reported.
