Reconstruction of glenoid bone loss is a difficult but often required component of shoulder arthroplasty. A variety of free autografts or allografts have been proposed for reconstruction. While Latarjet is well accepted for the management of anterior instability, the use of a coracoid graft has not been described in conjunction with shoulder arthroplasty.
