Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice for patients with end-stage renal failure as it provides patients with the best quality of life because of its survival benefits, either short or long-term. However, despite the benefits of renal transplantation over dialysis, the life-long immunosuppressant treatment needed after kidney transplantation has several drawbacks. The present case developed a psychotic disorder after 8 years of regular intake of immunosuppressant medications tacrolimus and prednisone.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between depression and low back pain among patients seen at an orthopedic clinic and examine the association with physical disability.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in the orthopedic clinics of AlBadaya General Hospital in the Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia.
The burnout rate among physicians is expected to be higher during COVID-19 period due to the additional sources of physical and emotional stressors. Throughout the current COVID-19 pandemic, numerous studies have evaluated the impacts of COVID-19 on physicians' burnout, but the reported results have been inconsistent. This current systematic review and meta-analysis aims to assess and estimate the epidemiology of burnout and the associated risk factors during the COVID-19 pandemic among physicians.
